  2. I disagree - and why the hell do the model have to look like skeletons? I don't see the charming in it, really.

  3. I guess the fashion industry features mainly slim people.

I also love Stylist Sims - superb quality and sophisticated style.

  4. I'd love them in I didn't have to make my sliders all the way to the right to compensate for anorexic meshes.

It's the large, round, fake boobs that really get me, though.

  6. I love the styles, but wish they'd make their clothes recolorable, already.

  7. Sims 3 is a low polygon game and it can't render complex meshes in real time... you spam every topic with this flat stuff.

BTW those clothes look good, thx.

  9. I like the styles, hate how it's pulled off. -sigh- And to add onto the flatness and odd skinniness, they're always outfits. You can't mix and match stuff. :<

  11. I think it's more a matter of the textures being C&P'ed on from a photo without any effort to make it make any sense.

For example, the dress on the right almost pulls it off, except for that shine left right on the belt. Why not take out some of the shine and leave it on the top, where light would hit a leather belt? Why does the pencil skirt on the right have wrinkles to hell and back where wouldn't be any? It it was a skirt that wasn't that shape, why not make a mesh in the basic shape where those wrinkles'd make sense? Why are the pants in the middle scrunching up on one side?

That's what I think a lot of people complain about. That, and the fact that she tries to *sell* some of them.

  12. I like the style of the clothes as well. It does somewhat bother me that they aren't recolorable but...I like the styles so much more than anything else out there that I get over the whole coloring issue.

  13. ok the pants scare me... they look so flat... and then the giant gap inbetween her legs really bugs me... it looks like it was made to smuggle drugs across the border.

i like the ideas.......but she needs to upgrade her work because sims 2 quality isnt going to cut it.

  14. People here are crazy! There are so many haters there. Smuggle drugs? That's the base shape of Sims 3 meshes, ALL of them. You are plain envy.

I can only hope Stylist Sims admin don't read this because he/she would stop creating free items after this. I love their stuff and there are so many free items.

  16. It's not really a matter of being envious, but pointing out what could be improved, as well as the flaws in continuing the same practices as what plagued Sims 2 clothing. I like some of SS's clothes, as well as her/his furniture, but I think the former could be done better.

For example, All About Style used default meshes as well, but, they don't look cut and pasted at all. Wrinkles are happening where they would in real life, not because they happened to be wrinkled there in a photo.

Also, you shouldn't be afraid that a creator will stop releasing free content just because of anonymous commenters critiquing her/his work on a finds blog. People like her work, or else it wouldn't be featured on so many places. :)

  17. I think the problem is that Stylist Sims is too popular. Look, there are 17 comments already!

There are much-much worse clothes online at most of the sites and there are 0 posts on them.

  18. Stylist Sims clothes are gorgeous and great quality! There are shadows and smooth edges which is rare...

Once I tried to create a single top from a Photo. Believe me, I'm good at Photoshop but it was a pain in the neck. It took 2,5 hours till I completed the alpha, made the edges meet etc and the result was nothing compared to theirs.

I believe people would appreciate their work more if they'd try create something.

  20. If I remember right, I think they're from TSR. I remember seeing a pair at least similar to that there.
