Tears and Star Makeup by Shang at Netshow
This was posted by Infusorian at SC. You can download it with Mediafire or Box at the Sims Cave. I haven't added either to my game but I'm just guessing both can found in makeup or costume makeup. I uploaded both in one file and you can get it with Sendspace here.

I'm not sure.
I really like the stars. Not something I'll use a lot, but I have the perfect Sim for them.
