  5. Her hairs are always too poofy...

  6. This bitch is something else.

  7. What's with the black triangle on the back of the head? Is that supposed to be the roots???

Looks like part of her skull is a black hole...

And the slightly too high placement on the head makes most of Peggy's hairs look like wigs. A pity, cause this one's pretty cute.

  11. Peggy needs new models really bad.

  12. hair that uses hair to tie the hair. whats wrong with accessories?

  13. Thanks for posting that picture, now I know how hideos this hair is. who has forehead bigger than their face?

  14. "hair that uses hair to tie the hair. whats wrong with accessories?"

Better than those huge and ugly accessories she always slap on her meshes.
But the black roots are really what throws me off. I know asians don't have light hair so they dye it but do they have to show their black roots every time?

  15. That black spot is a really disturbing issue. I dont get, why she didnt fix it before release.

    ReplyDelete
  16. It's a cute idea. Too bad it wasn't made better.
I love the bangs. I'm not really feeling the heart-shaped head thing peggy has going on. The black spot is just horrible.

  17. Is it just me or are all Peggy's hairstyles pretty much the same with maybe a slight change here or there?

  18. I wanna kill Little Miss Epic.

  19. "Is it just me or are all Peggy's hairstyles pretty much the same with maybe a slight change here or there?"

It's not just you. In fact, I have no doubts that Peggy, Rose, and Newsea all in it together. If you look at all of the hairs between the 3 of them, MOST are just about identical or have tiny differences here and there. Hey, it saves them time and earns them more money sharing the work/wealth. Some also suggest 2/3 or even all of them are the same person.

Either way, I'll never ever support ANY of these 3 pigs with my cash... nor will most other intelligent people (unless they're only buying to upload on MATY). :)

  20. Too big, and the top of the hair looks like a butt.

I don't understand how its realistic to have hair this thick yet the ponytails are so skinny. Ridiculous.

    ReplyDelete
  21. ^ I agree with every single thing said here. Nicely put.

    ReplyDelete
  22. ^^ And I meant the anon above the "too, big and the top..." post.

    ReplyDelete
  23. lmao... The blonde girl looks like her head is stitched together in the back. Creepy!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Heh, glad I wasn't the only one who thought it looked like stitches.

In perfect time for Halloween though. :)

  25. The idea of this one is a very cute hairstyle. The execution, however, is crap. It's entirely too poofy on the top of the head. And... the black roots really look extra bad on these piggy tails type hairstyles. Yes, some people dye their hair. In that case, USE THE ROOTS HAIR CHANNEL IN THE GAME. Quit forcing black roots on everyone D:<

  26. I like it for toddlers! I am amazed that people here are into these conspiracy theories. The hairs are probably all alike because they use 3d models from the same places for the hairs. There are plenty of places to get these, often for free, sometimes for a small cost. If you search, you can find many that look exactly like the Sims 2 and 3 hairs.

As for not being a hair you would where, why is that a reason for not putting it on a sim? Do all your sims look like you and have your same taste? I think its more fun to have sims in my game that are nothing like me and some that are rather quirky. I could see this on an elder who wears a dress and tall black heavy boots, lives in shack and has a big garden. :)

  27. For some reason, this is actually bearable. Not great, not even good, but bearable. I never thought that Peggy could do this, considering how shitty her hairs have been. It's huge and it's not exactly flattering but the texture's pretty good for Peggy... I think.

What you said is in and of itself a "conspiracy theory" to some. People have been posting for the longest that Peggy doesn't actually do all her meshes herself but that she goes to 3D sites and gets them and modifies them for Sims 3. However, Peggy and her cronies have insisted that is false.

I do not think that it's a conspiracy theory for someone to say that Peggy, Newsea, and Rose all know each other. They are all Chinese creators and there have been times that they all released almost the exact same hair at the same time, so they are probably in regular contact with each other. Just because hairs are at Daz/Poser sites doesn't mean they'd all just magically (or two of them at the same time) would choose the same hair. Whether or not they are working together to split the wealth is another thing entirely...but they might be.

FYI, it's a fact that one of the Newsea guys used to work with Peggy. So no conspiracy theory there.

And I'd like to add that if you look at some of the earlier Peggy hairs, you can see his name in the file, the same way you could see it in some of the Newsea hairs on his site.

  30. I really like it for kids and toddlers!

  31. I think it's pretty cute for younger sims, and definitely works for older sims with the right styling even if it doesn't work for all of them. The textures are an immense improvement, and the bobblehead effect can be lessened with the right slider. Overall, good work.

It is a bit poofy on top but it's not entirely at odds with the skinnier ponytails...I've seen plenty of people with haircuts that allow this IRL, and it's not as extreme as in some hairstyles anyway.

    "Conspiracies" blah blah don't care.

  32. The forehead is so fucking huge! I'm tired of this already.
Make normal hairs for christ sake!

    ReplyDelete
  33. It doesn't necessarily mean the forehead is that huge. She could just be pulling bangs from halfway back the top of her scalp.
Kinda looks like that's what she's doing in the side pic. It's a strange way to do your hair, and it leaves the Sim looking a bit like there's not only a hole at the nape of her skull, but at the top as well, buried in the sprouty hair.
The black hole where a brain could fall out is a deal breaker for me. Need brains.
The texture, other than that, is better than usual, though.

  34. Honestly, I don't care if Peggy and others pull from 3d models and it is apparent they do so not sure why that is a conspiracy theory. It also matters not that they once worked together. I think they are more competitors than anything else, trying to create or find similar meshes in order to compete with each other for customers. Of course, those who can't resist downloading every hair (me!) even though the one by Peggy is almost just like the one by Newsea are the stooges. If you don't like having similar hairs, don't download them! I really like having the choice.

  35. Can you use the top of that hair for storage? Maybe sims can keep candy in there, or something.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I like it but the top of the head... let´s see if I can hammer that down in milkshape or something...

  37. Anubis,can you make this hair better? I really like your work,better than Peggy,I hope,I hope. <3

  38. Cute! Omg though those roots! They're bad even for peggy!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Anubis have it now! :D Looove <3 Much better:D

  40. "Honestly, I don't care if Peggy and others pull from 3d models and it is apparent they do so not sure why that is a conspiracy theory. It also matters not that they once worked together. I think they are more competitors than anything else"

Competitors don't 'magically' just have the SAME meshes as each other, (or near identical with tiny differences) and then release them simultaneously. Call it a 'conspiracy theory' or whatever you like, but it's foolish to think this is just all friendly competition.

Maybe I would see some truth in that theory if there wasn't money involved on ALL sides, on top of everything else. What we know is something fishy is going on, and if I want any of these hairs, I won't be 'purchasing' any of them.

You hit the nail on the money comment. Literally single source that charges money for TS3 custom content is guilty of shady dealings (if nothing else, EA themselves state it IS illegal to change annnything for TS3 non-EA cc). Some more unique foul-play has been blatantly proven, TSR being the most corrupt by faaaaar (it's pretty common knowledge so feel free to look up the details).

As long as most (intelligent) people know better than not to financially support these pigs, at least it won't get any worse. It's bad enough how EA nickels and dimes us for all their crap. TS3 custom content should always be free... period.

  42. FRRREEEEEDOMMMMM!!!!!!

Seriously though, I agree with the two above posts completely and they make a lot of good points.

I use some of these hairs, but I for one will never pay Pigg-er Peggy a dime.
