  2. Is it pronounced "neuter" or "neutray"?
Efficient, no wasted space. Too many people waste space in starters.

  3. I hate how she use store stuff AND expansion packs. I thought starters had to be base game only and no CC.

  4. ^^No, they just have to be affordable by a freshly made sim.

  5. ^ Then why does it cost 21,000 simoleons?

  7. Yes! I love looking at Beatdoc's creations, they are always so perfectly made!

    Starter Home Questions:

In TS2 starter homes were always 20k or less because, no matter what, sim families were given that amount to start with. In TS3 however, the more sims a family has, the more money they start with.

I have no idea what the actual amounts are for the game, but as an example, one sim may start out with $16,500 while three (the amount of sims capable living in the first house) may start out with $21,000; enough for the house to still be considered a starter. Again, those are just guesses...don't hold me to that ;)

  8. Thanks guys for the comments! About the first house being a 'family starter' - my resoning is: 2 or more sims get $20000 or more to start out with in game. The actual price of the first house is $19995 therefore any 'family' of 2 or more sims can start out in it :)

  9. cute. my sims always live in "starter" houses, with two tiny bedrooms. they get one kid and live there forever. it's all very quaint.

  10. These are beautiful.
Couples leave the bin with only $18,500. Not $20,000. So, no - not any family of two can afford it. Three sims can.
Still gorgeous, LOVE the roof lines!!
