^And it was a perfectly valid question. How is someone "ignorant" for asking how the skins would look on African American Sims? There are NATURAL skin colors other than light and fair-skinned, you know. I also would like to know how it looks on darker Sims because there are darker-skinned Asians as well.
^^ The blog has screenshots of the faces at what is apparently 80% of the color/shade slider (near the darker end of it)? I guess that's what it means by the 80% on them... I haven't tried them myself, so I don't know if that's correct or not.
I think since this creator is not previewing the skin on darker colors, not just that 80% thing, it probably means it doesnt look that well.
I just hate it when skin creators do that. They always preview fair to tan skin and greens, reds, and blue, but RARELY brown and even more rarely, dark brown.
^Not to mention, people use it exclusively to refer to black people, but there are many natives of Africa that are NOT black. More to that point, there are groups of Asians (South-Western Asia, mainly, but not exclusively) that could easily quality as "black", and thus would be generalised as "African" because of that stupid phrase.
Hm well i hope i wont get insulted for this. Here's a shot of my sim with a darker shade. She's naked btw. (I can deal with seeing my sims nipples and vagina and butt!) The graphics are on high
I like how the male v-line is drawn lower, not as high (unnatural) as on other cc skins. Only minus is that on darker but for alien and vampire shades it's quite nice skin ;)
..there are so many skins floating around the place atm, are these up near the top of the list in terms of aesthetically pleasing - I'm thinking external lighting (outdoors) - this is the games weak point & I've tried a couple but nothing stands out to make them less pudding... Don't get me wrong, I'm not expecting miracles, just something that makes their features appear more natural outdoors than they usually do...

My favorite is 234jiao's at Mod the sims. It looks good on all skin colors, I have version 6 so I'm not sure if 9.2(current) version looks good on all. It works with sliders.

Hi, could anyone tell me how downloading default replacements work? Is it a simple .package download? or do I have to do certain things to replace the defaults? Also, from a comment above, if it's not available to children, how will the children in CAS work? I'm only asking this, because I'm new to CC. Thanks for any replies.

I have to say theres only slight differences between this and her previous skin, also the bodies aren't edited much they look like EA's ones.

^ Looks ike either Newsea Kitty or something like it. Try checking the Newsea hair filter, it's in there somewhere.

You can use the scroll wheel of your mouse on the skin choices. There is a mod you can use by anach over at MATY.
They look really good in game...but I'm disappointed none of the creators skins include a teen version to go along with the YA-A skin tones :/
My teens look so blah compared to the rest of my sims.
