^And unless someone literally sits on the couch all day, pretty much all of this food can easily be implemented into a healthy lifestyle with a good amount of exercise :P Food alone will never make anyone fat. Laziness and misunderstanding the importants of certain nutrients (Such as fats) is what makes people fat, along with possibility of genetic issues.

Highly inaccurate! Dudes simply don't have five chips on a plate. They have the whole damn bag.

My dudes don't even put the chips on the plate. They just take the entire bag and eat their chips from there.
