Why do builders build these overpriced houses? Your newly created Sims can't move into them right away and by the time they will be able to afford to move, you don't want to go through the ins and outs of decorating again.
I really, really like modern houses, and some of the ones on this site are very nice...but my neighborhood is starting to be a little heavy on the modern side, and I need more traditional stuff to balance it out! :)
i think the house looks great but the only thing i don't like so much is the garage part it's quinda a design diferent of the main house you could done the door with windows surrounding it for example
I like modern houses, but tend to stay away from the large houses. I prefer to keep the houses for my Sims small. It is a fun challenge to see how I can make the most efficient use of space with small properties. =) Also, they do everything faster without having to wander through such large properties to do interactions.
Not sure what the inside looks like, but I love the outside. It reminds me of lots built by a group of Brazilian Architects at 'Bom Succeso'. Nice.
