I don't actually download newsea hairs, cause I usually pass the compressozrizer through my mods/packages folder, and if there are files that have been done with tsrw, they won't work anymore. And also I have converted many of their hairs already. xD (not only me, of course)
if you want it on the cave or antonellas rumor has it that they uploader has to wait about 3 days due to trackers, if anything newsea pay hairs are the slowest to be uploaded on pmdb and the cave, peggy is the fastest cause she doesnt have trackers

I love Savio's version too. I agree that the bangs on Savio's are bit higher. But I am happy to have it. I will try this version out when/if it goes in the cave.
I'll take Savio's over this one! At least with Savio's you can use it in pictures at MTS! Oh, and it's free! :D hehe! I wish Savio would convert all of Newseas donation hairs! So I could use all of them at MTS!
^ I'm sorry, but what? Unless you have a very crappy computer that can't handle the polys, there's nothing about the looks of this that would imply that it will lag your game. Most of the stuff that has lagged my game has done so regardless of polys, based on the item it was cloned from, so there's no way to tell from looking..
I guess I will settle with Savio's, especially since I don't see any difference by comparing those screenshots with his.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I think that Newsea's hair is made with TSRWorkshop, which means they often don't work if it's compressorized (Savio's does).
Still, I have to repeat that I LOVE this hair~

Ah, this was also a bit late, IMO. Peggy hasn't also converted two hairs I have yet. (a long one, and the 'short curls'.)

ReplyDeleteOh I thought it had to do with the Sim since you can lower the face. I guess I'm wrong.
If it comes out at the Cave, I might consider trying it out then~

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for this to appear in the Cave. I'm still waiting for the braids that came out a little while back. P:
