It works fine for me. Maybe they've just updated? I've found that since TS3, Simcredible's sight hasn't been quite as easy to navigate, as if they want to hide the downloads half of the time.
Aww... I remember this as one of the last sets I downloaded for the Sims 2. I can't believe I went from being so obsessed with that game to not even playing it anymore.
Looks a lot like the Ultralounge teen stuff that was released at the store a while back.
