The big one's do look weird, but since we can't actually stretch Sims earlobes, it's a pretty good substitute. I don't usually make sims that would wear most of these piercings, but they're nicely done, and will go well with Punk-ish sims.
"What if you decide you don't want a huge hole in your ear?" As long as the hole in question isn't too massive, you can just take the plugs out and your ear will go back to normal after a while : )

Oh cool. I wasn't sure. I should have known tho cuz I had to have my ears peirced twice. The first time I was nine and I let them close. But then I got them peirced again.

Maybe the lobe part is recolorable? If it is, maybe you could make it look less like wood, as the 2nd anon put it.
