Yes, she really looks like Gaga, that was the first thing that came to my mind! :D But oh.. wow.. thos sims really look unique and good! I love the eyeshadow :)
^I think she's actually really pretty from some angles (the 3/4 looks like she must have a really nice profile). But beauty is in the mind of the beholder, remember? Some people will think she's gorgeous and others won't. Too bad that's not the issue here.
Just put these into my game and yet to try them out, but tbh, more than Lady Gaga, I thought the blonde model looked more like Christina Aguilera. I was tired at the time, in my defense. LOL! Brilliant work!

The thing that made me think of Gaga was the nose... and the really bright platinum blonde hair and the really dark red lipstick.
