^Not sure what you mean. If you're referring to the last picture, I think that just comes from the hair being tucked behind the ear. Will try it out and see how it looks in game.
This is great, I would love to see more TS2 base game hairs converted for TS3.
As for the first Anon with the repeating comments, I imagine he or she has crappy Internet and he or she kept repeatedly clicking on "Publish your comment" in impatience. But that's just my theory.
This hair looks really good, with darker colors. Lighter colors? Not so much. It isn't real glitchy, or missing patches, nothing like that. But it looks really low quality, if you choose a very light color.
I recommend it, still, but use caution when using lighter colors.
