  1. Pardon my sterotypes, but aren't brownstones where street kids live? Or are they the row houses where upper people live? Just want to know D;

    uhh...lol. Street kids, upper people, what? If you mean upper class, then yes. As the other anon said, they're very expensive.

  4. Man this looks wayy cool. Would be better if they could function as actual apartments <3 Wish that EA built in apartments with base game )=
    They'll probably wait till sims 4 comes out then release it Blehhh.

    I'm pretty sure that it's not a one or the other sort of thing. It depends on the age/size/condition/location of the house, just as it does with any other home. But like the anons said, Manhattan brownstones are pricey...but then again, all housing in Manhattan is pricey.

    Doubtful, since TS2 had it. It'll just be in one of the expansion packs.

  7. Brownstones in Manhattan and Brooklyn, New York are pricey. You might be thinking about the row houses found in cities like Baltimore, Maryland and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Those are considered low income.

  8. ^Yeah, that's pretty much what the anon a few posts back said. An old, rundown rowhouse in a lower income area will of course be cheaper than a well-maintained, well-decorated brownstone in downtown NYC.
