  8. The bath tub caught my eye, too, haha. There's one in-game that looks great with a wood texture, I use it all the time. I dunno why they used the porcelain orange one.

    And it's probably not featured because it is a contest entry, and tha twould skew the influence. Though IIRC the MTS staff decides on these things, and the MTS staff is allowed to enter, and the MTS staff already gives themselves special treatment, so it doesnt matter anyway :p

    It's very very amazing, though. I've seen a few lots that try to make a community out of one single lot, and this one is definitely the best. If it had a functional store to get a part time job at your sims would never have to leave the lot.
