  2. It looks awesome. I was trying to make a desert (like Arizona) but it proved really difficult, thank you for sharing

  3. I really like the lots. Much better than the crap that comes out whenever I go into CAW

    Wonderful job

  7. I really like the story line, but too bad I refuse to play other peoples worlds.

  8. Finally! Somebody created a world WITHOUT custom content!

  9. Heh, now that I think about it, one sim has a female-to-male hair, but that doesn't matter. :p

It's already gotten 75 downloads! :DDD

  10. Amazing, and so beautiful! This must have been a ton of work. Thank you!!

  11. It was about 25 days total of work, at least 3 or 4 hours for each of those days, and at least 7 for a couple on the weekends.

    So yes :p

  12. By the way, is blogger going slow for anyone else?

It takes a few tries to get MS3B to load, and I can't get mine to load at all. :(

But there have been 70 downloads since last night, so clearly it's accesssible...but it's been slow for me since about 2AM (it's now about 1PM)

  13. I love this, it reminds me of Strangetown!!!
Would you consider creating a ts3 Strangetown Claeric? I'd make it myself but im crap. :P

  14. Strangetown is actually such a basic layout, I am surprised nobody has done it.

I do not have the sims 2 installed nor do I plan to install it, so I can't really get the landscape right. I'm sure someone will do it, though.

  16. This is brilliant Claeric. Clearly a lot of work went into it. Slightly off topic for a moment has anyone noticed that CW will not work after installing the patch released yesterday? I tried to finish my apocolyptic world last night and got a "not compatible with this version of Sims3" error message. As it stands the only way to use CW is to roll back to the previous patch. I sent EA a complaint-slash-wtf ticket, but based on my personal experience with them I do not expect them to address the problem anytime soon.
    Sigh. EA sucks.

  18. I really like this :)
I keep saying I'm going to make my own world but I'm not very skilled when it comes to things like this D:

  19. This is probably the 15th world I started. It's the only one I liked enough to follow through. :D

  20. ^He's just making conversation. This thread is about his creation, after all.

  21. ...calling it 'the Wraithsands' kinda reminds me of the wraithenbeasts in Melanie Rawn's exiles trilogy, though that's probably more due to my own nerdiness. It looks like a good world, though I'm not sure how long I could deal with that many ghosts in game.

  24. I'm too scared to download CAW. I heard it does bad things. But if I did this would be awesome to do a legacy in.

It's truly amazing. The CC Artist deserves major props.

  25. You don't need CAW to play new worlds. Thanks. :D

  26. Yeah, CAW is only used to MAKE new worlds. You can install them without it, the same way you could install Riverview long before CAW was even released.

I'm not into desert worlds, but this looks pretty good. Thanks, Claeric. :)

  27. The funny thing is that I couldn't care less about desert worlds. I think they're boring.

I don't know what compelled me to make one, but i like it.
