Anyone have an idea how I can have my sims blog featured on this site? I have a new blog that will feature sims, it already has some there. U can check it out here:
With The Sims 2 I would NEVER download anything from AroundTheSims because it all looked out of place, like it was made for a different game. This stuff seems to match, the furniture at least, but I am curious if it is because whoever makes them has gotten better, or are they Sims 2 conversions? The bar stools and bench seating look very familiar.

Oh shut the fuck up. You're the one who is the asshole. Most people do not want every single item that comes with sets, so it's good for people who only want to download a few items. It's better this way and I wish more people would start doing this. Simcredible allows this option and I am always grateful to them.
Not everyone has the same connection, idiot. I have a fast one, but I certainly don't want to download a set of 40+ items when I really only wanted 2 of them.
I am the owner of the ATS site, and let me tell you one thing: I deserve your money. If you aren't going to grovel at my feet and delicately place green bills in the waistline of my underwear, then screw you.
^^ Because it's so hard to add an ADDITIONAL link to the site where you can download all 40 at once in PACKAGE format, if you want. Because the creator takes a little time and makes it as easy and as userfriendly as possible once and thousands of people are happy and appreciate the service, but if you decide to make difficult for no reason, it's just bad. But this is just meant as an improvement for this site and not out of hate, the stuff is really good.

It takes merely a second to do this using Delphy's Multi-extractor for .sims3pack. All you do is choose the folder where the .sims3packs are located and it converts them all to .package and places them in your mods/packages folder.

No. Stop being so fucking lazy. You think it's perfectly fine that others had to do the work of downloading all 40+ files but you're too good to do the same. Grow up. You entitled kids think everything you want should be handed to you on a silver platter.

In the time you're waiting for someone else to do this for you, you could've downloaded all the files two or three times, created one zip or rar folder with all of them, and then uploaded for others in the same way you're asking someone else to do.
Oh, and Newsea, why would anyone bother? Your hairs are nice but 1. Nobody wants to pay for sims items, seeing as it's against the EULA and 2. TSR?? I'll wait until some does a retexture.

You do realize that before someone is able to do a retexture of a pay hair, someone actually has to PAY for that hair to provide it for others, right?
Yes let's donate to ATS so it will be easier to download this stuff. I was thinking of donating to their site at one time because they make good things. But seeing as though I have to click to download all 40 items 40 times, screw you, you aren't getting my money. Next time don't be a jerk and just have a donation button like every good site. Or hmm, maybe I'll download it all, package it all and post it so people don't have to stress about it. Therefore bypassing your stupid donation scheme.
As much as I enjoy ATS. This downloading everything individually is not that much a pain in the ass until you get to an object that has the wrong file name under the picture. A couple of items are missing from the set because they are repeat files. I hope they fix this for us so we can have the set in it's pictured entirety.
The links are fixed, as I checked the whole page after having read your comment, Sue.Shi (shelf glass and faces photographs are the files where I put a wrong link). Though I check my links, I keep making and forgetting errors, and if people don't tell me, I can't know. Usually, I fix the links in the minutes after I receive a mail. If nobody warns me, it doesn't get fix by itself unfortunately.
I didn't realize that some of you had such busy schedule that you can't find 5 minutes to download a set I've been working on for 2 weeks. I really thought people would be happy to have a big set. I should have saved my time and yours by making it much smaller.

You worked on this for over 2 weeks and they are complaining because it would take only a couple minutes to download everything individually? As an anon above said, you can download more than one thing at a time.

She allows everyone to download the same content, just those of us who don't pay have to download individually and those who do choose to donate get to download at once. It's NOT that big of a deal since the bottom line is this - WE ALL GET THE SAME STUFF REGARDLESS.
Shitty ass ungrateful jackasses are the reason why so many good creators who are NOT pay sites actually stop making stuff. You ever heard the saying, "Don't bite the hand that feeds you?" Learn it and apply it.
Having the option to download things individually is best. The makers of this site are absolutely in the right to give the bulk download a pay status - it is NOT hard to download things individually, and the creators deserve to get donations because they are kind enough to make everything FREE. If you like their site so much that you want to pay them, then you get the gift of bulk downloading - and if you don't want to do that, you can still have every item.
When somebody is generous enough to spend two weeks making items and half a day getting them up on a web page, their greatest reward is of course having to listen to people whine about how they created too many items, and how mean they are that they would maybe like some of their bandwidth expenses paid for by donators... It's so nice of you all to make Sandy feel appreciated that way... I'm sure she's now inspired to create another even bigger set just so you can all slam her again.
