I made this for use on top of a basement, therefore, could not place water. And this can be used without expansions. It's a terrain paint. Shows up in miscellaneous. Also, I haven't tried yet, but if you put this in the bottom of your pond, then it may give a layered depth appearance, especially in shallow water. Unsure of this, as only tested today right after I made it. If anyone uses it, I'd love to see screenshots.
Do..they not realize that koi and water and the plants exist in-game?
