MS3B please start doing something about these vulgar comments. I literally get knots in my stomach when I see that you post my creations. I once got excited when I got featured here but now I just get too scared to read what people write.
It would be nice if someone could explain what tool is being used to create these custom tattoos. I'm surprised that there hasn't been much discussion on creating custom tats, at least none that I've come across in the community. I'll just be waiting patiently until there's more information. I can't wait to be able to overlay some nicer, custom tattoos without compromising my sims' earring or sock slots. Seriously, EA, why couldn't you make accessories layerable?
I just spent a while trying to make a tattoo or create one from a custom one, but I couldn't get it. NONE of the programs around have been updated for ambitions (or even WA, apparently people make these things and then say "fuck this, I'm done" and never update this crap), so there's not even a way to try and do a workaround.
I tried saving a custom style and exporting, hoping to edit that, but I can't open the Sims3Pack in anything. I also edited this tattoo posted here(which, by the way, was made improprely and has 3 styles, two of which are the plumbob tattoo, way to go), but I couldn't figure out how to make mine unique.
claeric does great mods/things and obviously works hard to make others happy.. if he didn't he wouldn't bother posting things for people. stop being such an butt-hole and ruining it for the rest of us who actually appreciate the effort.
