Did anyone actually stop to read the DESCRIPTION before whining about how expensive the food is?
That's because the delivery expense is already 100§. You will get normal quality food at the diner and great quality food at the bistro. Accordingly, the prices are different.
The prices for the food are actually NORMAL, but the delivery is also 100 simoleons in game.
What's the actual point of whining about the prices in the comments section of a blog which just posts info about new CC? Why don't you post that in the comments of the actual upload to be sure that the guy who made that thing can actually read it?
And if you want cheaper pancakes, then just let your sims buy them directly at the diner instead of having them delivered.

The reason they are so expensive is because you are paying for delivery too. They are a tad bit high, but once again it is easy to become rich lol.
