You can easily change it, you jackass. This happens to be a black Sim and there are already so few ethnic hairs out there, so she chose one she thinks fits. In my opinion, it fits this Sim perfectly. Members of certain races sometimes DO have "poofy" hair that looks just like this and not everyone has stick-straight hair. One could set the differing hairstyles for this Sim like some black women I know with natural (this is what that hair is) hair - they keep the natural style for everyday and then they straighten it for formal or other special occasions.

This is a very beautiful Sim, and as a black woman myself I can say Miss Lochness did a great job in making her. I love that skin tone, very close to mine.
And yes it's suppose to be an Afro, a very natural hairstyle for women of color. Gorgeous
Skin color has nothing to do with being black/african, I am personally really close to two black guys, one is about this sims color without a tan and the other is a "red" bone. Lol.
