Though, in all seriousness, it might not look... that bad. As Anon said above, this seems to be a fitting hairstyle for some asian rocker. I don't play much asian rockers (that might change when late night comes out ;D) and don't really see much use of it. Someone might. Maybe even some elements (nature sort of thing?) sim might pull this off.

@Aliera: The male outfit is from the base Sims 3 game. If the jacket in the everyday section (tops) doesn't have the collar, it may be the top of the Rock Star career outfit that adds the collar to it.
As a note, I don't mind the hair. It's a bit too big, however. Those heads seem to be sized all the way down in width, and yet the hair gives them a pretty wide head. So a normal sized head is going to look ginormous in the hair. Other than that, it's a nice free hair :D
The reason you don't see the back in the screen shots is that the thick, wavy part of the hair ends at just below the shoulders. And then it's just the wispy rat tails all the way down to near the back of the knees (ending just above them). It looks.... well, it looks like someone let their little kid take the scissors to their hair. Or went crazy with extension strips.
There's also a few gaps in the front with the bangs. One in the center top where the bangs meet the main part of the hair. The other is on a side, but can be ignored as just part of the bangs moving around. But that hole in the head in the front is distracting. Especially with dark hair on light skin, or light hair on dark skin.
It was Ephemera that made the doll and Peggy made the hair. He retexured it, created a skin, make-up and outfit for it. Newsea is probably just a fan of this expensive doll. Sigh... We need Ephemera for sims3. Everything he made was awesome!!!
Yeah, I miss Ephemera's creations. I totally used the skins and loved the makeup.
Weird hair style. I am not up on the styles of today, and if this is one, I have to pass. Probably would be better if it had a shorten alpha edit, I wish I could work on hairs.

While it has alterations, it's indeed the same hair. Newsea and Peggy CONSTANTLY come out with near-identical hairs. Some say they work together and share the wealth while ripping off the community. Some say they're the same person.

I'm pretty sure Newsea, Rose, and Peggy all work together or at the very least communicate with each other. They are all Chinese creators after all. There have been times when all three of them released very similar hairs around the same time and that surely isn't a coincidence.
Why does Newsea feel the need to f*** us over by releasing this horrid hair as FREE? All his free hairs are either ugly or do not sit properly on the sims head. He sure knows how to make TSR some money.
Is Ducan an anime char or something, otherwise this only really fits asian rock stars.

I'm thinking this is a hair redo of his very popular Duncan doll he made for the sims2. It was all the rave for a long time few years back.
