If you have Firefox, download the Colorzilla add-on. Then click the dropper and you can get the RGB values as well as the hex code for the shades of blonde that Newsea uses in his models.

Again, if you use Colorzilla or the equivalent to get the exact values that are in Newsea's photos, then they will indeed look like that in-game. If they don't after doing this, then it must be your video/graphics card.
That's not how graphics cards work. If you see X color, you see X color, and nothing else. Not to mention no matter what your video settings are, any photo you take will appear to others how it *should*. If you set your monitor to 0 color, black and white, and take a screenshot, it will still be a color screenshot. It's not possible to see one color in a screenshot but not be able to match it in game, unless the screenshot is faked, and therefore not possible in-game.
Well we can clearly see that some sort of photoediting program have been used, and Newsea might use it on haircolor so that even if peoples have the right color it will not look the same in their game. Not that there is a problem for me getting newsea hair blonde:)
I prefer this to the espresso hair. It's not quite as flippy on the curled parts up at the bangs. I don't generally have an issue getting newsea hair to look blonde. But they do have the dark roots syndrome. So blondes to tend to look like bottle blondes. Fortunately, not all of newsea's hairs seem to have the dark roots problem, however.
Very nice! As for toddlers, how many toddlers do you see with hair like that? I rarely download the toddler hairs people make, Newsea or anyone else, because they are just too think and too long. As the mom of three daughters, I can tell you...it is very rare to see a toddler with hair like that. But then of course, if the creator did not include the toddler hair, everyone would complain about that. So do as I do..ignore the toddler hair.
^ I have a toddler and no, no hair like that but since this is fantasy based game, in that it is not reality at all, I do like seeing some longer hairs on toddlers. Maybe wishful thinking for my own, haha. But I will not give in to TSR
Also, the hair texture itself changes how color works on it. Copying the color directly from the image won't make the right color because it doesnt take into account the color of the hair to begin with- the darkness of it.

Um, hair color should NOT be that complicated. If Newsea would actually made their damn hair right the first time, it wouldn't be necessary.

It looks okay on children and adults, but it's just too wide for a toddler. Newsea's meshes are improving.
