Haha, it was ok when TS3 came out and there wasn't really a choice of custom hair, but this looks ridiculous now. These texture are less than crappy. And well, as for the mesh.. Not that bad, but won't save it.
Why is everyone so against tsr? ok before they updated their workshop their hairs were pretty crappy but nowthey have a new workshop their best things are actually quite good. Ok they accept things of low standard so there are some pretty bad things on tsr BUT their best things are no worse than anything from other sites!

My god I would kill to know what hair color that is supposed to be! Newsea LOOKS like they have good textures but they are really terrible in game, Ulker's just looks bad :P
Ulker's textures area always way too dark (blondes get that look she has now, greenish and dark). But I like this particular style of hair. It's pretty well done :) I'd prefer it without the headband thingy, but can live with it :)
Ulker's hairs look nice is previews and usually look like crap in game. Also didn'e newsea just do ballet hair? I mean it looks A Lot like it. oh TSR you never learn...

It's not just about Ulker's textures...just read some of the posts here on her other hairs. ULKER often doesn't do bone assignments or her LOD's properly as well as several other problems with her meshes.
Also, remember the issue of Peggy's hairs moving with one of the eye sliders (eye corner height)? Well, some (if not all) of Ulker's hairs do the very same thing because she doesn't use the correct comment on the mesh...
Sims3Pack of Ulker's hair doesn't stay in the game. It always disappears in my game, after a couple of plays. I have to make the hairs into packages.
I do have other Ulker hairs, but not only does it disappears, the hair is sucky on the textures. I have to use one color, usually dark on the hair for it to look good, but I do like the buns.
I don't really like this bun, the hairband throws it off.

Ditto! I thought it was just me! I dont download them anymore anyway, really cant deal with the textures, they make an average hair look awful.
Because TSR throws a fit and will either hack the site that has the retexture up, or will harass the webmaster to have the content removed as it was put up illegally. Which is BS as Sims3 ToS allows people to retexture and put the content up for others to use.
So it just saves on heartburn and a lot of trouble to just not deal with it. Although I think that's a cop-out and people should fight back against their illegal practices :)

Were you living under a rock when TSR got Garden of Shadows shut down just a few months back? Aside from that, they have hacked numerous websites and users' accounts because they deemed them "pirates." The worst of all is that they released a huge list of 619 people's personal info because they said they were pirating their shitty content.
I like this hair and I think the headband is cute, but with that atrocity masquerading as hair texture, and it being TSR so it will never get Nubie-fied...I am going to have to pass.
