Astra, if you are reading this, look at people in real life and their hairstyles, and try and mesh that. The Sims 3 Community welcomes new CC makers, but when you open with hair like this... blech. Try some 'real' hairstyles next time.
I kind of like the idea of hair that looks like wings enfolding your head. The execution is a little off, though. Forget 'realism'. It's a game and some of my favorite hairs are unrealistic.
The problem is that it doesn't look like HAIR, more like a strange hat. You've got potential but you cold use more practice.
There's something really interesting about this hair....probably won't use it....but I don't think it's terrible. It's not realistic....but it just has something...

I'm pretty sure this comes from a hair at DAZ3D - where, to be fair, the hair has "morphs" which allow it to be moved out of the face.
