Fresh Prince is making a Vice City custom world... which is a fictional city based on Miami. He's working busily on it and it won't be finished probably for a while. So, I would suggest either learning to be patient or learn to make a world yourself.
Nice world, much better than many of the worlds on the BBS. However, the lots seem really plain and spread out, but that's not much of a problem since there's a world editor in the game now. So good job.
If only my pirated copy wasn't acting like a douche and won't allow me to download custom worlds, I'd jump on this so fast.
I'm all for pirating everything else EA does (store sets) and the pay sets from the shitty pay creators, but I'll always shell out the money to buy the games and expansions because there are too many people I've known to have problems with pirated game versions. Some people have no problems at all, but most people I've read about seem to have some issue somewhere down the line.
If you have a pirated version, why can't you just install the .package of the world instead of using the launcher? I've got two worlds installed that way ... not because my game + eps are pirated but because the launcher was acting spastic and freezing my computer.
Unique layout. I like how they (supposedly, the pictures arent very good) included a swampy area like Twinbrook has.

A daytime shot of the whole place would be nice, too.

I think it looks nice. I like the rocky coastlines and the round shape to it.
