Incredible idea! I don't understand why the black outlines are so terribly THICK, but other than that it looks pretty decent.
^ Agreed, the those huge black outlines in some areas don't look right at all. But I still love it... will look a lot better with elf ear sliders.Nobody has made the little antennae yet to my knowledge...

The black outlines make me suspect it was taken from one of the DBZ fighting games, which are all cel-shaded.

YES!! This is fantastic, even if the black lines as a bit thick. I can finally have Piccolo in my game! (antennae of course still needed)
