^ I don't think it's anything wrong with the skirt just the pose, any skirt or dress will stretch during animations, I can't make out any distortion from the first pic where she's still.

Finally, something from this person that I find interesting. I think the vest actually MAKES this outfit. Without the vest I would have kept scrolling. I argee with the two anons above. A vest accessory is a brilliant idea. EA fail strikes again. That should have been in the game already.
