It looks nice, I suppose, but it also looks like it'd be a bitch to actually play with. I'll bookmark it for when/if we get a proper Apartment Life type EP, I guess.
Yeah. There's not too much use for it now, unless you have mods to increase family size so you can have 13+ Sims to fit in the bedrooms. And my game usually hates me if I do over 8 Sims. Nice idea but not useful to me.
Probably would have worked better as a facade. It's definitely well done and attractive. But a 60x60 lot crammed with items and sims? Too many things running high detail.
I have a few apartment complexes in my custom 'hood, but none of the ones over three units are real. Facades add to the character without stressing your rig.
