I think this is a great modern build. It looks easily playable and I love the style. Initially I was thinking the pool area was a bit bland, then I realized it's unfurnished except for those lounge chairs. Unique shaped pool, love we aren't restricted to ground level any longer. I would have loved to seen this placed on a slightly larger lot, I don't like the houses going straight to the edge of the property in most instances.
I made a house simillar, thouhg this is a better version, Mine, and i suppose this too, was based on a picture found on a web image search of a 3-d digital model house. Very good likenesss as it was readliy recognizable
Oh, and you can always delete a lot and replace it with a slightly bigger one, and then insert the house. Presto, more space between the house and lot boundary!
Somebody at MTS made a thing where we could customize the lot sizes, but now I can't find it anywhere. I know I saw it when it first came out...
