They are not useable in their current form. The zip/rar contain .cap (create-a-pattern) files not sim3packs (or packages). Because she/he used her own "stickers" the files are basically empty -- it is not possible to open them with CAP and export them. She/he needs to do the exporting.
Oh god these are gorgous! And is this a new blog? I went to the home page, but this appears to be first post? Anyway, I hope she makes more, they are beautiful! :)
Very pretty yes, but I'd love to see how they connect and how they look on a dress, or a sofa, or some other surface.
