if NEWSEA goes through the effort to make individual files for t-e, children, and toddlers, you'd think they'd take the extra effort to make the hair look NORMAL on children and toddlers.
Normal on toddlers? Have you looked at toddlers lately? Most of them have a similar hairstyle, short, wispy, maybe past their shoulders or possibly very short, glossy and thicker. You NEVER see toddlers with hair below their waist and rarely far below their shoulders. I would prefer the creators stop making every adult hairstyle into a toddler version because it looks horrible. Its not the creator's fault...because if they didn't include a toddler version everyone would scream. There are already a handful of hairs available that suit toddlers. I don't see why anyone needs more than that.
just because you are happy with only a handful of toddler hairs to choose from doesn't mean the rest of us have to be. With that said, I seriously doubt I will put this on toddlers, children definitely but toddlers probably not.

Ignoring is meant for Newsea's and other creators that separate the children versions from the adult hair. I appreciate that and one of the reasons I don't download Peggy til someone retextures the hair, separating the files.
I actually like this. But I had to fix it a little so the top went a little lower. No luck bringing the ends in the front together. Then again I'm shite at hair.
Peggy must have never seen real boobs before.The way the shading is done makes the cleavage look like a raised ridge going down the center of her torso.
I use the peggy skin and it generally doesn't look that awkward. I'm wondering if that really is the peggy skin or if there's a mesh difference that's causing it to look really weird with the placement o_O
I love the hair. The top part looks cute on toddlers, but it's too long for them. If it was a lot shorter, it'd be nice. Otherwise, it's best on children+

I agree, although sometimes it can be a little bit of both. But here it appears that it's more the improper mesh of the dress (I can tell because an incorrect mesh will make the top of the boobs "squared" a bit).
The round ball boobs on Lady Frontbum's busty skintone aren't much better, though. I still say that the best skintone for cleavage is Seraphita's.
I like this hairstyle! Although I wish the back were a little different.
