^ I think it has more so to do with the basic structure of her model's faces, after all, they are the same models she used to model her asian skin, too.
I really like this skin except for, the males look like they are wearing makeup. the lips are shiny and look glossed also looks like they are wearing blush. I tried it in my game, and the non-defaults do not work with the muscle tone slider. plus there are shiny painted on abs on this skin, so it looks really weird on fat guys. I think I would like the female skin by itself. here is a pic of a male sim with the B2.0 skin and not wearing any makeup.
Hahahaha hey guys. I got a new job, I now officially suck blood for a living as a Pathology Collector. I work a LOT now and haven't had internet at home, so I've pretty much given up on the Sims 3. I just thought I'd drop by to see the new CC. It's really looking amazing these days, I doubt I'll be putting out any more. With my job I really can't keep up, I don't get nearly as much practice as I need. Honestly, the screens for the Sims 3 are really starting to look great.
I've been away too long... too many hairs to attempt to retexture and fail at miserably lol Seriously, I can't even find the last post I missed on here haha
The abs on the non-default skin is a no-no for me. I have so many of these model-like skins already. I like a palette of options when i redo my townies just to give that touch of realism. i will like a hairy back skin for men, a naturally hairy women skin with faint moustache like for the amish/historical periods/foreign cultures, a skin that shapes man-boobs and fat bulges more realistically - i would make it myself but i am so talentless and busy.
i can't see any difference from his first skin the a1.0 and 1.5. i'm going to add this in my game. i just dont like the abs because it looks bad for fat sims. requesting for a release of his non default skins without the abs.
I find it so annoying that most creators who have made skins, they don't make specular maps at all, or sometimes not even the dark maps. Seriously just adding those would add so much more look to the skin, and not only that but that's how it's correctly done. Shees why don't those people want to learn how to make good work.
I'm happy LL made the skin with muscles because I don't like muscle slider at all, it looks like really bad normalmap pasted on the sim. Bleh. EA should learn to make better Normalmaps, I can do way better and I don't even work in Game company.
You all comment that this doesn't look european - ok - but asian? Since when did Asians look like this? Have you forgotten what asians look like? Not like this for sure.
