In the realm of CC, my answer is logical. With some patience, it is possible to learn to create things. As for music/movies/food... Music and Movies can be improved by looking outside of one's general conventions. And learning to cook for oneself isn't impossible. And why defend some random anon who wasn't even SPECIFIC about what they wanted? 'I want cool stuff' = no information. None. Its also quite greedy.
Also, I am not Katsu, or Aaya for that matter. I really hate Aaya as well. Bastard.
You're missing the point. It's like saying someone shouldn't ask about creators or their content unless they are one. There's no harm in asking. Not everyone has talent or the interest to create, and it's irrelevant anyway.

ReplyDelete'Talent' is in reality just practice and research. 'Interest' should be there if one is always demanding new crap, though perhaps not if one won't even SPECIFY WHAT THE FUCK ONE WANTS. 'Cool stuff' isn't descriptive. I think these lots look 'cool' personally. They're different from what I generally see here anyway, but some will obviously disagree.
And seriously. While I'm not conceited enough to call myself a 'creator' everyone who downloads CC should know at least SOMETHING about the construction of it, so you can fix the glitchier stuff (like Rustynail's mixcategoried jeans). It isn't rocket science!

ReplyDelete^Really, this couldn't be done with any LEGO bricks, since most of the curves and windows this uses aren't avaliable from LEGO. However, now that you mention it, I would love to see some buildings inspired by LEGO sets.

ReplyDeleteThis is not truth. Talent is useless without practice and training, but talent isn't something everyone just has. Not everyone can be Van Gogh no matter how much they paint.
Even people without talent can improve, but it won't give them that something special if they don't have it.
