How does Jarka poop out these houses in such rapid succession? There has to be some massive glaring error in them, or some horrendous design flaw. It's just so unhuman that a single person can create this kind of quality at this speed.

Uh, it's not exactly that hard. I mean most of their houses are empty shells and can be easily replicated by looking at pretty much any floor plan. Clearly it doesn't take much to impress you, not that I'm surprised.
I agree with Katsu. If you have a floorplan and/or you don't plan on doing full decorating and furnishing, it doesn't take that long to make the base shape of the house.
The most time I spend is decorating and furnishing my houses; Jarka isn't doing it so it's much easier to push out houses at the rate he (or she) does.

It's nicer than EA mansions. Those are so boring/ugly.
