I suspect you've never tried it. TS2 to TS3 conversions, while not rocket science, are not exactly easy, either. TS2 textures also tend to be blurry in TS3, meaning there has to be a lot of "fixing" the mesh and textures between the two games--it's not simply sticking it into TS3.
