Updated - HQ + No Glow 2-in-1 Mod by Margaret Pendragon
This file edits the GraphicsRules.SGR to increase quality of Sim textures, bringing your Sim’s face to life, and it also eliminates the ghastly glow of normal EA lighting–including the full moon glow.
It does not interfere with normal lighting mods that are achieved with color ramps and INIs.
