In-game screenshots anyone? :) Or on a different sim? I love the pigtails idea, but the bang makes me think of a sim with *huge* forehead and that creeps me out a bit. :)
I didn't mean to submit before I finally was able to get out of CAS and take some pics in-game. Surprisingly, it doesn't look so bad outside of CAS. I still wouldn't keep it, though. It really isn't my style of hair.
I ran ProcMon with these installed. On my machine they didn't *seem* to have the same issues as other "bad" files, so I'm not sure what's causing the lag.

i actually think that abbey did retexture a xm sims hair. I wish they would let other ppl convert their meshes cuz they take AGES to convert it while other ppl get them made 2x faster.

ReplyDeleteI am not sure if Abbey can retexture this hair. From what I remember, XM don't want people to retexture/convert their hair.

ReplyDeleteIs it possible that the file size is just inordinately big, and that's what's causing the lag?
ReplyDeleteit could be that there are too many polys, or that the lods are not done properly which would explain if it is the hair that is causing lag
