That is definitely Blagojevich hair and I can see just the tiniest bit of resemblance other than that, but not a ton. I do like the sim itself. He has a nice face (much nicer than Blagojevich lol).

I think he looks good although I can't stand the preppy look personally, I do think the creator has captured it quite well with this sim.
