I have a question, but is there any way to sort your custom content or view the name for it in CAS? I have almost all of Lemonleaf's makeups and it gets confusing seeing them all together.
Anon 3: I wish we could do that too, but neither is possible. I remember in TS2 when you typed in the boolprop cheat, you could hover over things in CAS and the name would show up. Things would be easier if all creators put their signature in their thumbnails!
Yet another lipstick of Lemonleaf's that I had to manually fix myself. If you are wondering why there is an icon of a toddler as the CAS thumbnail instead of the lips, it's because she checked TODDLER along with Child. Only child should have been checked because as you'll recall, the only EA makeup category for toddler is costume makeup. This lipstick may show up fine on the toddler, but it's not supposed to be there. Separate things have to be made for child and toddler anyway (like hairs, shirts, skintones, etc.)
This is now the FOURTH item of hers that I've had to fix. I posted on the crystal lipstick N8 and N9 entries that Lemonleaf had carelessly checked CHILD for adult lipsticks and if you tried to put them on your child that it would cause a weird black gap/stripe to show up in the middle of their mouths. I also had to fix the chinese makeup that came with the dresses because Lemonleaf used the WRONG SPECULAR and it caused a light film/mask to show up over the face...which is really noticeable on darker Sims.
I also wondered earlier why I can never get Lemonleaf's stuff to install through the Launcher. I think it's because she uses the wrong size for the Launcher thumbnail. A launcher thumbnail should be 64x64. A CAS thumbnail should be 256x256. When I exported Lemonleaf's thumbnail for this child version of her lipstick, I noticed that it was 142x142.
Lemonleaf, PLEASE fix your stuff before releasing anything else! It is an inconvenience to downloaders to have to go in and fix your mistakes ourselves. As I said on the other posts, people's games get borked all the time because creators have the wrong categories checked, or they have child and toddler checked on ADULT items. You do wonderful work and yours are the only lipsticks I use (besides Channy & Vivin's), but it is really irritating to have to clean up your messes.
