"I don't know if it's just me, the sims just have this female all over look."
So fucking what? I am tired of morons on every single post having something to say if a male model looks even REMOTELY feminine. And? Focus on the damn clothes, hair, and other items provided by these creators instead of their fucking models!
Just because you conform to some brainwashed society conditioned model of how "masculine" a man should look doesn't mean that those of us who can think outside the box are sheep as well.
People who are comfortable in their sexuality don't give a shit how feminine any men look.
Observations aren't always judgements but hey if that blurb gets stuff off your chest and makes you feel better then power to you. One of the things I love about this site is people can express what they think and feel without censorship unlike some other spots (*cough* TSR *cough* sims3 official site. I love these shirts, thank you for sharing them.

You're equating two completely different situations. Refusing to allow people the ability to criticize the download is censorhip, yes. It's also TSR's right as a private entity to do so. I don't agree with it, but it's their right.
Calling somebody else out on their assumptions about masculinity is nowhere near censorship, because censorship requires someone in a higher position of authority to silence someone below them.
Literally, what we are participating in right here could not happen if anybody was being censored. There is a HUGE difference between censoring people and disagreeing with them.
Whoa, I was the anon saying they looked sort of femaley. I didn't mean to sound mean or anything. o _ o I was just saying what I was thinking, but no way am I brain washed to societys way of thinking. Just because I like my men more masculine and not so feminine doesn't mean I'm brainwashed to society's way of thinking. That just means I like my men a little more masculine, and I decided to speak out because I just noticed something that no one else decided to comment about. That's why it's called commenting right? Like you, you also commented about how you feel, except you were a little excessively rude there. ;) But I commend you for having a very strong opinion, and sharing your point of view with everybody.

Except that I'm not the same anon who called you out on your "masculine" comment, assuming you're referring to my comment above yours. I just get annoyed very easily when people throw the word censorship around without thinking.
Oh sorry XD. Not you, should have been more clear, I was talking about the one person talking about the brainwashed conditioned model. Sorry about the misunderstanding there!
Censure: #1 To criticize severely; blame. See synonyms at criticize. #2 To express official disapproval of: "whether the Senate will censure one of its members for conflict of interest"
The difference is not so "huge" when you realize the word has multiple meanings. Get over yourself.
"The difference is not so "huge" when you realize the word has multiple meanings. Get over yourself."
Please. Accusing somebody of censorship because they disagree with you is a cheap ploy at best-- and at worst, it's borderline strawman.
There is no similarity between this thread and TSR, because there *are* no refutations at TSR. Posts are deleted. So yes, there is a HUGE difference between the two situations.

Are you an idiot?
"Censorship is the suppression of speech or deletion of communicative material which may be considered objectionable, harmful, sensitive, or inconvenient [...] as determined by a censor."
Who, exactly, is being suppressed or deleted in this situation?
and....this is just about sims man, a game, why does everyone have to get so serious in every comment box. really, doesn't seem like the place for half these arguments, just feedback on the custom content, how is that so hard? I must be missing something....
