And it's just a deco lot. Coffee Shops are not really sim functional, clothing shops are certainly not, and even if it's 'nice' in Beverly Hills sort of way, I don't like that style and I'd be more inclined to download it, if it looked like the Umeda District in Osaka. But I still probably wouldn't, because none of this is sim-functional or useful.

I'm annoyed that the creator named the shopping center after her own username and it's in HUGE lettering, too.
How much hubris does one have to brand custom content with their own username? Reminds me of that jerkwad over at TSR who was making computers with his username scrawled all over them.
I would really liek teh cc of this lot, but afraid of the lot itself. Also not sure what to do if its true that that creepy doll is still in there. Just have to wait and see if someone can verify its safe. Or maybe we'll getlucky and teh cc (banners, shop signs etc) will be up for download soemtime soon...cool creation nonetheless.
wow this lot is REALLY laggy. I had to delete the 2 other movie theaters in the bottom back (theres 4) and a bunch of other crap just to make it some what playable. its still a hella nice mall
I thought this was a Sims 2 lot to begin with as it uses mannaquins I created for the game. Nobody ever gained permission from me to convert them to Sims 3 objects.

the situation is the person forgot to take out the girl dressed file so after you download it just uninstall it and enjoy the lot its laggy for people who don't have the computers that can handle it but in hindsight its pretty cool looking mall

Shiva, they're not ponds. They're decorative coverings for pools. You should be able to find them in older entries on this blog.
