  3. Yay! I always loved this hair, I planned on doing it but never got around to it...

Did you remove it for males?

  4. Oops that's what happens when you comment before you read what he has to say....

I figured out a way to fix peggy's hair genders a little while ago, let me go type up a quick little tut, it's not very hard :)

  6. Missbonbon did a great retexture of this one a long time ago, but thanks anyway.

  7. Yup, I know Bon retextured this, but I think she didn't change the highlights, and her version looks different to mine. :)

  8. Saturday was my birthday!!! I finally turned 13!!! I had a birthday party that day with Dora decorations EVERYWHERE! But Daddy hired a clown and she scared me so badly that I both peed AND crapped my pants!! :( I started crying in front of EVERYONE and some stupid girl pushed me in the mud! :( Dumb scary clown! :(

Thank you so much! I have been wanting to separate the male/female hairs FOREVER now!

I wish there was a function of s3pe that let you change CAS categories...

  10. Haha that's what the tutorial is about XD

    Here you go http://lookaplumbob.blogspot.com/2010/09/casp-file-quickie-tiptourial.html

    Really easy :D

And nubie I fixed a couple of your fem-male Peggy retextures, is it okay to share them or do you want to do the fixes yourself?

  11. Goodness Robodl you are wonderful, your tutorial has helped me a ton! Thank you so much :)

  12. I would like to upload those files you did at my blog if you don't mind, like an "Update" list. I'll give you all the credit for them of course ^-^

PS: In your tutorial, you said you have to click the "Grid" button, but I can't because it's disabled :/

    ReplyDelete
  13. That sounds good, I still have a few to do though :)

Do you have the CASP part selected when you're trying to hit grid?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Nevermind! I had an old version of s3pe! XP Now everything works wonderfully, so newer retextures will enabled for naked and disabled for random thanks to Robo ♥

  15. I have the same problem as Anubis, and I have a version of s3pe that I downloaded earlier in the summer. I guess they updated it again?

I'll go snag whatever latest version and then tell you whether or not Grid is still disabled.

  16. Where can I get this s3pe you talk about?

    ReplyDelete
  17. Ok, I opened up a Peggy file with the latest version of s3pe and Grid was indeed enabled. Yay!

Anon, you can get the latest version of s3pe (and s3oc) from here:

    http://sourceforge.net/projects/sims3tools/files/

There's actually a newer version of s3pe than is in Green download tab. Once you click the s3pe folder, you will see a folder called "10-0829-2155." Click the arrow beside it and you will see a file labeled "s3pe_10-0829-2155.exe". Click that file to download the latest version of s3pe.

  18. Thank you so much Robodl!
You just made my day! :')

  19. Oh, and another thing:

People, remember to clear your CASthumbnails cache file to let it regenerate so the changes will be reflected in CAS. I can't wait to see all those girly, effeminate hairs DISAPPEAR from my male folder!

MS3B, I think you should feature Robodl95's tutorial here and maybe also put a link to it in the sidepanel for a bit. Not everyone will read this entry and it would be vital to many people who want to easily recategorize things they can't open up in CTU (or for those who want to bypass CTU altogether).

    Thanks again, Rob!

  21. Aww, anon, I'd help but I don't have any experience with Macs! Hopefully someone else can help you.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Aww thanks guys, you're giving me way too much credit though!

  23. Yay this hair has been nubified! I've had it for awhile and am glad to get the new version. Thank you :)

Also thank you Robodl95 for the tutorial! I'll be glad to get rid of the male version!
