  3. I really hope that anyone who re-textures peggy's hair doesn't get in trouble. I don't know what that means If that has to do with people who re-texture her pay hairs or any hairs of hers without her permission. I love MissBonBon's textures.

  4. Peggy is just trying to scare people. It's completely OK to retexture hairs as long as the person who retextures them gives the original creator credit.

  5. Man, no matter how many times that second one is retextured, it's NEVER going to look good. lol

    Awesome job, Missbonbon, as usual.

  7. Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love these.

  8. hahahah missbonbon is getting sued

  9. I was wondering why Peggy stopped making hair for like 5 days. She must have been writing that legal document and translating it to English.

    ReplyDelete
  10. No one's getting sued. You can't even find Peggy's law firm.

    http://www.hg.org/lawfirms.html

    ReplyDelete
  11. That law firm doesn't appear to exist...

    ReplyDelete
  12. No one is getting sued. Well not yet. Peggy is now making everything legal is copyrighting all her crap. Everyone has to know and be careful, I think she is warning people and if they don't stop or remove her stuff from being uploaded for free, then she'll take legal action.

  13. I hear the kidney phone...URine trouble!

  14. ^You mean people are peeing on themselves.... hahaha!

  15. OMG I aint downloading edits anymore I dont want my ip to get tracked and my parents will kill me if I get sued.

  16. DEATH TO INFIDELS!

  17. I think there are some snitches going to Peggy and telling her that custom content have been uploaded for free at other sites.

  18. I think MS3B should create a chat room or a forum. That would be fun.

    ReplyDelete
  19. ^

Yes because there isn't already a forum.

  20. LOL@the legal threats.

Peggy, honey, please. Get over yourself. You have no case.

Besides, how can Peggy copyright this material when she downloads her hair meshes from the 3D/Poser sites anyway? Couldn't they sue HER for uploading their meshes they created and then charging for them?

    ReplyDelete
  21. I think the last image suits the occasion perfectly.

I had no idea there was a forum. I am so late.

  23. There is no harmful effect! Retexturing a hair makes Peggy MORE famous due to MORE downloads. It would be very hard to prove in court considering EA is against profiting off their software.

    ReplyDelete
  24. What a whacked out lady, that Peggy. LMFAO

How in the hell can Peggy claim copyrights on creations that she has taken from Poser? Read their TOU, you greedy moron.

Where do she get off claiming intellectual rights on materials that belong to EA? If she read the EULA, she wouldn't even embarrass herself to even write that crap. The EULA clearly states that all your beautiful stuff that uses the game code belongs to them, it's their intellectual property. What a cow!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Is she going to sue EA too? Her hairs show up regularly on the exchange. What a joke.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Peggy's attempting to bullshit the wrong site. GOS is run by Pescado (he's more behind the scenes there than MATY and PMBD). He's an old pro at fake legal threats, and GOS has been anti-paysite for a long time.

    They're not easily intimidated. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  27. She should be prosecuted for using Poser hairs long time ago too.
Does she really thinks this would stop the piracy? EA has anti-piracy laws and you can download their games sooo easily, should EA prosecute Google for providing links to pirate websites? LMAO
She'll lose tons of fans because of this, because most of the people who use her hairs got them for free.
If this is really serious, she'll become unpopular faster than Sharing-Thieves-Names NewSea, 'cause no one would use her hairs.
Stupid move Peggy, really stupid move.

  28. I could understand using legal threats against using her crap in other games or ways that are not Sims game, but she loses her leg to stand on once the crap is in the Sims game.

No matter how many self written programs, photoshop files, or whatever she uses to make her stuff, all that is lost once it gets in the Sims game. Must use EA code to get things to work, therefore all her crap belongs to EA.

Sorry Peggy, you lose the interwebs for the day.

    ReplyDelete
  29. "Must use EA code to get things to work, therefore all her crap belongs to EA."

Not to mention that EA would NOT tolerate lawyers getting involved with CC creators for real, since that would put their own copyright into serious jeopardy.

    ReplyDelete
  30. the "law firm" is bogus and I can not find any legal copyright info on her at all

    ReplyDelete
  31. Peggy does NOT USE ANY MESH CALLED POSER! ALL MESHES are made and owned by PEGGYZONE!

    ReplyDelete
  32. ...and furthermore I DARE YOU to post links to this POSER MESHES. It's not going to happen because Peggy makes her own!

    ReplyDelete
  33. ^Obvious troll is obvious.

    ReplyDelete
  34. ^Did you start hunting down those links yet? No? I thought so, they don't exist!

    ReplyDelete
  35. "Did you start hunting down those links yet? No? I thought so, they don't exist!"

Anybody want to take bets on this poster being the same "lawyer" who started this?

You're trying too hard. Go blatantly incite an argument somewhere else.

  36. Someone should sue peggy for making such awful hair.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Right... just like she doesn't use Wes_h's tool to make her hairs. *eyeroll*

Even if she DID make her own meshes, she still has to use 3rd party programs, which means unless they are license for commercial use she is violating those EULA's. Not to mention with just the mere fact that it's for The Sims, she's violating EA's EULA. Did I also mention that she could be sue for misleading information and misinformation? The fact that she claims she made the first hair mesh for sims 3 is laughable. She made the first hair REPLACEMENT.

Her previews are ALWAYS photoshopped to hell showing content that she is not selling at a quality she promises, but never delivers.

  39. ^ Like anyone really needs to go to your website to get anything. Let's see... your free stuff is crap.. Or needs fixing. Your pay stuff ends up somewhere else quite quickly. The standard user just needs to wait for someone else to fix everything, and then download the fixed version, ignoring your website completely.

  40. ^^ This is getting old, and nobody is buying the Big Brother act.

They're relying solely on intimidation, since they know perfectly well they can't follow through. If it IS someone connected to Peggy, it's fairly idiotic to spam someone's blog and annoy them to death.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Not to mention that the blog isn't hosting anything. So what exactly does posting here accomplish?

It's just somebody trying to be annoying.

    ReplyDelete
  42. These look great as usual, Missbonbon. Thank you very much.
