High-Rise Shell Unlocker 1.3 by PolecatEZ - This mod unlocks 21 additional shell facades or variants. Most variants just include different neon signs, roof pattern junk, and complete recolors. There seems to be about 5 or 6 base building types in all. A total of 5 have been removed from the Unlocker due to being pure duplicates or having some extreme LOD issues.

This Package is really very easy, but highly wanted and requested by some people at me.
