Just a quick comment regarding the CC complaint: there is an unfurnished version of the home that only contains minimal, architectural CC - just 4 items, so you might consider downloading that version if you're interested in the house but don't want the a lot of CC.
Just another quick comment for those trying to find out how to get the custom content: the furnished version of the home comes with almost all of the CC included, so you won't need to download it separately. FYI, those few items not included are not pay items, and links to download them are included on the blog.
Separately, there've been many comments regarding the kitchen. I know it's rather small, and the one beam does come down in a rather awkward spot (although sims can get around it just fine in playtesting). Other than that, I'd love to know what exactly people don't like about it. The colors? Placement of appliances? The island? Just curious and hoping to improve. :)
