Why do builders build these overpriced houses? Your newly created Sims can't move into them right away and by the time they will be able to afford to move, you don't want to go through the ins and outs of decorating again.
I really, really like modern houses, and some of the ones on this site are very nice...but my neighborhood is starting to be a little heavy on the modern side, and I need more traditional stuff to balance it out! :)
i think the house looks great but the only thing i don't like so much is the garage part it's quinda a design diferent of the main house you could done the door with windows surrounding it for example
I like modern houses, but tend to stay away from the large houses. I prefer to keep the houses for my Sims small. It is a fun challenge to see how I can make the most efficient use of space with small properties. =) Also, they do everything faster without having to wander through such large properties to do interactions.
I certainly think its nice if its like your third or forth house. I mean it is very nice but you could have downloaded some nicer garage doors, I mean like modern ones. They (The more traditional ones) make it look amaturish.
Not sure why people are confused about the first picture. They're just showing you what the inspiration/reference for the house was.
I think it's a very nice upload seeing as the goal of it was to imitate/recreate the house pictured above. I've always wanted to try a little project like that. Nice job. :)

Not sure what the inside looks like, but I love the outside. It reminds me of lots built by a group of Brazilian Architects at 'Bom Succeso'. Nice.

That first picture of the house wasn't made on sims, it must have been off the internet but otherwise the house looks good.
