  1. Great, I would love her even more if she could at least name the original files so that I can delete them & install her version. :(

  3. To the anon:

The files your downloading are named the same as the originals. These aren't "new." I just took older versions of hairs I had done, and did a touch up on the textures. So the files your downloading are named the exact same as the older ones, just that they have "v.2" at the end. Make sense?

    So if the original was:
    "This_hair_name_here."
    The newer version is:
    "This_hair_name_hereV.2"

I will look into finding the old file names for people who didn't have these hairs before. But if you did have my hairs before, it's as easy as matching the names up and deleting. :)

  4. Thanks a lot for answering but I meant the original ones. For example, the name that peggy put to that file.

  5. ^ Ahh I see what you mean. Well I kinda of did... :\

    For instance: "Missbonbon_peggy_Fhair13_090812V.2"

The original goes some like "peggyzone_fhair13_090812" or some or the other. I just took out the "excess" like the zone part and slapped my name before it. :) I can try and fish for the original names that Caxy put to her's because I think those are the only ones that don't have some bits or pieces of the original file name. :)

Also to note, peggy has a weird numbering system. So if you were to be looking in the booty, the booty might have the hair listed as "0072" for instance but within the download the hair is "0012_958694."

  6. I'd love to have 2 of these hairstyles... but with my internet it would take about an hour to download all of them! Isn't there a way to post them separately?
That would be extremely lovely <3

  7. I can post them separately. :) I will have to do it after work though so it may be a while, but I'll be sure to post here once I do that.

  9. The second style is at MTS here:

The number 12 one is here:
    http://www.peggyzone.com/Sims3Detail.html?id=000006&sortId=00

Although, I do think it would have been easier to link where the original retextures could be found on this blog.

  10. Thanks a lot Missbonbon.
I noticed that with your other pack of retextures. It was easier to delete the original ones.
Is it to much to ask if you could take the hard work of writing the original names of the files inside a note or in your journal from now on?
I'm sure a lot of people will appreciate that too because I know what you meant about peggy. She names her files in a really weird way & that would be a life saver for everyone.

    Thanks to MS3B too!

  11. Why can't you save us all a click and post the direct link?

Not sure whether you meant that "hard work" part as a jab or not, but I'll just assume you were trying to be nice. To be honest, I could, and will consider it. I am rather curious as to how it's easier with my other pack of retextures and not with this one considering I didn't change any names with this pack. They just have three extra letters than the originals. So quite literally in your folder for hairs it should look like:

    Missbonbon_AG_Peggy04434
    Missbonbon_AG_Peggy04434V.2
    Missbonbon_peggy_Fhair11_090812
    Missbonbon_peggy_Fhair11_090812V.2

And so on and so on. Like I said earlier I can hunt down where the originals came from, but aside from the ones from Caxy, they mostly do have the original file names. I only change Caxy's because she has a really odd way of naming things.

And since I'm just on my phone right now, I can't fix anything on my journal but I will look into later tonight.

  13. The reason I post the links to my own blog is so that people that want the newer versions can get the file name for the older versions. So that's not going to change.

  14. Thank you for posting them separately! :D
