The orange patters do look remarkably similar; the "full slice" ones are even the same colors. As I said, though, they are incredibly simple patterns and it COULD be a coincidence. I've seen very similar orange patterns elsewhere.
Have a question? Where is the dining set in the 1st picture from? I have forgotten where to get that set when I reinstalled my game.

They are pretty simplistic images, it could potentially be a coincidence. Hopefully that's the case.
Do you have a link to the ones you believe are the originals? I don't read Japanese so it's hard for me to navigate the site.

"Rumianek" - Pattern seems to have been taken from the one of everyday icons. I do not think a coincidence this.
