"Uh oh... someone needs to learn how to apply blush." exactly what i thought!! im a beauty therapist and a makeup artist..... this is appauling, she looks like shes ill :/
She looks like a doll, like the title says. Didn't you ever have porcelain dolls as a child (or at least see one)? Their makeup is just like that. Nothing really appalling about it, just a style you don't like. -Jin-Ah
Or you could use it to just add some subtle colour variation to a sim's face to make them look a bit more life-like. You don't have to use it with the exact same colours shown in the preview pictures, you know.
"You don't have to use it with the exact same colours shown in the preview pictures, you know."
Precisely. No matter how your blush is applied, it WILL look terrible if it doesn't go with your skin tone...such as if it's hot pink, like in the pictures. I'm sure the creator just used bright colors so people can see the blush. If she'd used subtle colors, all the comments on here would be bitching about how "it's not different at all WAAAAAH." People are idiots.
Besides, like Jin-Ah said, it's SUPPOSED to look like doll blush...and it does. So I think the creator actually did a pretty good job.
I also think that the creator did a good job, and for the people who keep bitching about it, YOU are ridiculous. It looks like doll make up, like it's supposed to, and you can always change the color if you want to do so. Does anyone know where the lip gloss on the model is from, by the way?
i want that sim
ReplyDeleteSunburn bby~
ReplyDeleteUh oh... someone needs to learn how to apply blush.
ReplyDelete"For when your sims want that sexy, feverish, sunstroke glam"
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely ridiculous looking.

ReplyDeleteIt could be useful for storytellers. I instantly thought of sunburn as well.

ReplyDeleteThis would be great using a subtle colour for making celebs who like to blush their entire cheekbone. Love it.
