PLEASE start converting XM Sims hair! They only come out with a conversion once every 1-2 months. PLEASE ... I'm begging for everybody to start converting XM's hair! And please give it a nicer texture.

Exactly. You'll notice that the policies respected by the rest of the community belong to the free creators, and that's not an accident. If they're contributing to the community and not asking for anything in return, the least we can do is respect their policies. Yes, even if they annoy us.
Honestly...restrictive policies seem selfish to me. I'm an artist myself (just not for Sims), and as long as I receive credit then I feel anyone should be able to use derivatives of my work in their own. That's just my opinion.
